Terms of Purchase (Website Templates)

Welcome! By purchasing and downloading any website template (“Template”) from Studio Soirée (“I,” “me,” “my”), you (“you”) agree to the terms below. Please take a moment to read through them before completing your purchase.

1. License & Permitted Use

Your purchase includes one (1) non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for a single website owned and operated by you or your business.

You’re welcome to customize and rebrand the Template to suit your needs — including updating imagery, fonts, colors, and copy — so it feels like a true reflection of your brand.

2. Required Credit

Each Template purchase requires maintaining the credit included with the Template.

This may appear as “Template design by Studio Soirée” or another credit line that comes pre-installed within the Template. The wording may be styled to match your branding, but the credit must remain visible and clickable in the site footer.

3. Prohibited Uses

To keep things fair for everyone, the following uses are not permitted:

  • Claiming the Template (or any modified version) as your own original design

  • Reselling, sharing, redistributing, or gifting the Template or derivative works

  • Repackaging the Template as your own website or digital product

  • Using one purchase for multiple websites or clients

  • Copying or recreating significant design elements to create competing templates

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Templates remain the intellectual property of Studio Soirée.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the design, but ownership and copyright remain with Studio Soirée.

5. Refund Policy

Because these are digital products, all sales are final.

Once a Template has been downloaded or accessed, refunds or exchanges are not available.

6. Support & Customization

Your purchase includes access to installation instructions and basic setup guides.

Ongoing technical support, custom coding, or advanced customization isn’t included, but I’m always happy to chat about paid add-on support if you need it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Soirée is not responsible for any issues that may arise from using the Template, including platform updates, third-party tools, hosting providers, or individual customization choices.

8. Demo Images & Image Licensing

Any photos shown in Templates are styled demo images meant for inspiration only. They are not licensed for commercial use and should be replaced with your own imagery before launching your site.

If you’re still sourcing photos, I’m happy to recommend a few beautiful stock image resources to help you get started.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and downloading a Template from Studio Soirée, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Purchase. Violating these terms may result in revocation of your license without refund.
