Fill out a quick form and tell me a little about your business. I’ll be in touch shortly.
02 ∙ Proposal
You’ll fill out a project questionnaire so I can learn more about what you’re looking for. From there, I’ll put together a curated proposal with my suggested package, inclusions, timeline, available start dates, and exactly what to expect throughout the process.
03 ∙ Your Portal
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll lock in your start date with a signed contract and first deposit. From there, you’ll have access to your own client portal with contracts, invoices, project timelines, tasks, shared documents, and messaging, all in one place.
04 ∙ Discovery ∙ Design ∙ Revise ∙ Launch
We’ll begin with a discovery phase where I get to know your brand through content collection and a discovery questionnaire. I’ll use everything you share to get a clear understanding of your business and vision before I begin designing.
From there, we’ll collaborate through drafts and revisions, and I’ll walk you through exactly how to launch your new brand / website.

You’ll have your project portal, timeline, questionnaire + next steps all in one place. It’s a collaborative process, and you’ll always know what’s happening and what comes next.

I’ll review your Project Questionnaire and creative direction while you gather your photos, copy + content. It’s our time to get everything ready before design begins.

I’ll give you a clear list of what I need and when (your portal will have a live checklist). You’ll provide things like your photos, copy + business details, and I’ll guide you through the rest.

Your project portal is home base for your timeline, contracts, invoices, content + messages. We’ll communicate through your portal + email so everything stays organized and easy to find.
Website Software Questions

I design exclusively on Squarespace, because of its all-in-one, easy to use platform.

Nothing! Your current website stays live and exactly where it is while we work on your new site. You won’t have to take anything down or send your clients somewhere else while we’re designing.
When your new website is ready to launch, I’ll walk you through the steps for switching it over and make sure you know exactly what to do. You’ll handle the final transfer yourself, so you stay in control of your domain and website.

Absolutely. One of the reasons I design on Squarespace is because it’s easy to hand off to clients so they can make edits on their own as their business grows without relying on hiring a designer.
However, my support is always available if you need me to refresh anything in the future.

My After Hours package is available exclusively to Studio Soirée clients, where you essentially hire me for the day to work on any projects you have, including website edits.
