Once you choose a start date, you get access to your own client portal — contracts, invoices, project timeline, and a home base to send content.

DESIGN, REVISE, LAUNCH
I design, you revise. We go back and forth until it’s exactly right, then pop the champagne and go live!

Nope — the whole process runs through guided questionnaires + our project portal, keeping everything streamlined and easy to follow. For larger projects, calls may be incorporated as needed.

Everything lives in your client portal — project timeline, contracts, invoices, and a place to send your content. It’s simple, organized, and keeps everything in one place.
We will communicate via your portal + email.

Once you’re booked, I’ll set up a shared Google Drive folder where you can drop everything — photos, logos, any existing brand assets. Easy, organized, no email attachments to track down. This will be directly linked from your portal.

One client at a time, always. Your project gets my full focus — as long as we’re keeping to the timeline on both ends.

I design on Squarespace because of how user-friendly it is, so you can easily swap out content as your business continues to grow with you.

A 50% deposit is due upfront to reserve your spot — the remaining 50% is due when your project is delivered. All payments are processed securely through your client portal via Stripe.

Every project includes one week of post-launch support — so if anything needs tweaking right out of the gate, I’ve got you. And I’m always in your corner if questions come up down the road. Otherwise, you’ll be able to make edits yourself after launch.
For bigger changes or ongoing updates, additional support packages are available!

Studio Soirée was built for the wedding and events world. I work primarily with wedding planners, photographers, venues, content creators, mobile bars, bridal stylists, and any other business that relates to events.
