What are semi-custom brand kits?
A semi-custom brand kit is a little shortcut to a more polished brand.
You’ll start with a pre-designed brand direction I’ve already created, then we’ll customize the details for your business. You’ll choose your kit, tell me a little about your business and preferences, and I’ll take care of the design details from there.
It’s a simpler option for getting a cohesive, professionally designed brand without starting from a completely blank page.

Questions & Answers
Is this a fully custom brand identity?
No — this is a semi-custom brand kit, meaning the overall design is pre-designed and refined, while your logo details, colors, tagline, and illustrations are customized to fit your brand.
Can I use my own colors?
Absolutely. You can use the curated Juliette color palette or provide your own brand colors.
Are the fonts included in my brand kit?
Font files and licenses are not included with your purchase. Font licensing is separate from the design itself. If you'd like to use the featured fonts throughout your website, social media, or other brand materials, I'll provide links to purchase the appropriate license directly from the font designer or foundry.
Can the fonts be changed?
The fonts shown in the brand kit are part of the original design and will be used throughout your customized logo suite. Because this is a semi-custom brand kit, font changes are not included as standard customization.
If your brand name doesn't translate well with the featured typeface, I'll make thoughtful adjustments to ensure your logo feels balanced and intentional. This may include adjusting letter spacing, sizing, or arrangement. If I feel another typeface would create a stronger result for your specific brand name, I'll recommend an alternative and we can decide together whether to make the switch. An additional font licensing fee may apply if a new font needs to be purchased.
What if I don't have a tagline?
No problem! You can use the provided tagline or we can create a simple, fitting phrase for your brand.
Will I get to see my brand before final delivery?
Absolutely. Once your brand kit has been customized, I’ll send you a brand presentation to review and approve before your final files are delivered digitally. This gives you a chance to see how everything comes together and make sure it feels like you before we wrap things up.
Can I request changes after I see the presentation?
Yes — you'll have the opportunity to request light refinements before your final files are delivered.
How quickly will I receive everything?
As long as feedback and responses are prompt, you’ll have your new brand within 5-7 business days or less.
What file types will I receive?
You will receive files compatible for print & web, including JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF.
Do I have to be a wedding professional to buy?
Not at all. Juliette was created with wedding and event professionals in mind, with its refined, romantic aesthetic and timeless mix of script and serif typography. But if this look feels like a natural fit for your business or brand, you can absolutely make it yours. If I feel the brand kit isn’t a good fit for your business, I’ll let you know and issue you a full refund.
What is your refund policy?
Because each brand kit is customized specifically for you, I keep the refund policy simple:
Before customization begins: If I review your questionnaire and feel the brand kit isn't a good fit for your business, I’ll let you know and issue you a full refund.
After customization begins: All sales are final and non-refundable once I begin customizing your brand kit.
Before final delivery: You’ll receive a brand presentation to review and approve before I send your final files.
My goal is to make sure you’re purchasing a brand direction that genuinely works for you — not squeeze your business into a design that isn’t the right fit.
