What we can work on
After Hours is intentionally flexible. Use your day for the projects that make the most sense for your business right now.
-
New pages, layout changes, content updates, or a little attention for a page that needs it.
-
Business cards, pricing sheets, welcome guides, signage, and other client-facing pieces.
-
Social graphics, launch assets, promotional pieces, or a set of templates to make things easier going forward.
-
Small refinements or new pieces that need to fit within your existing brand.
-
If it’s a design project and you’re wondering if it can fit into an After Hours day, just ask.

Frequently asked questions
-
You can use your day for a mix of design projects across your business. Think website pages or updates, business cards, pricing guides, client PDFs, social graphics, print materials, presentations, or branded collateral. We’ll review your list before your day and decide what we’re tackling.
-
After Hours is best suited to design projects that can be planned and completed within one day. It’s not intended for a full brand identity, a custom website, or larger projects that need a longer timeline. If you’re not sure whether your project is a fit, we can talk through it before you book.
-
Once we’ve decided what we’re working on, I’ll let you know what I need from you. This might include copy, images, brand files, or other project-specific content. Having those pieces ready ahead of time means we can spend your day on the actual design work.
-
We’ll talk through your project before your day is booked and make a plan for the time we have. Sometimes that might mean spending the full day on one project. Other times, we might fit a few smaller projects into the same day.
-
That’s something we’ll figure out before your After Hours day, not halfway through it. I’ll review your project, make sure the scope is realistic for eight hours, and let you know if I think it needs a different approach. Once your day is booked, you can feel confident that we’ve set aside the right amount of time to do the work properly. My goal is to deliver something finished and ready to use, not rush through the last hour just to say we stayed within the day.
-
No. You can carry on with your own work while I focus on yours. I’ll reach out when I need your input, feedback, or approval, and we’ll make sure you know when that might be needed ahead of time.
-
Totally fine. I’ll handle the design during my working hours, so you don’t need to be online with me throughout the day. And depending on the project, we can even split your eight hours across two days to make the timing work a little more easily.
-
Absolutely! If you have another project you’d like to tackle together, we can book another day.
