INTRO TO POLE - Women Only Prerequiste for Beginner I. Orientation to integrating Mind, Body and Pole. This class introduces you to your new dance partner and goes into basic pole work dynamics, safety and 12 pole tricks, transitions and floor moves! The moves and tricks taught are compatible with every body type and is a must for the beginning Pole Diva to get you oriented with what you will be doing in our offered courses and also to give you your first taste of this awesome method of fitness. SOIREE FOR ONE WORKSHOP- CHAIR DANCE Learn how to dance with a chair and learn the "Rhythm of You" for use in your own private soiree with an elite guest of one. This class features chair and floor work with transitions. This class is so hot, so well taught and is structured around making you feel and look your very best. BEGINNER 1 POLE FITNESS - FLIRTING COURSE
YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN "INTRO TO POLE - TEASER" PRIOR TO THIS CLASS. This introductory level class begins by familiarizing you with safety, the pole and flirting with the "Rhythm of You." You will learn 21 fundamental floor, pole and transition moves as well as the physical benefits of pole fitness. You never knew exercise could be so much fun and such a great workout! Women only. BEGINNER 2 POLE FITNESS - TEMPTRESS COURSE Bring out the temptress in you with this class which features 14 new floor, pole and transition moves and expands upon basic pole work from Level I. We spice it up and add some challenge. We leave the floor many times and take it to the next level. Are you ready to fly Studio Soiree? In Level II, upper body strength is necessary. INTERMEDIATE 3 POLE FITNESS - POLE SAVVY COURSE This class features 12 new pole savvy moves as well as new floor and transition moves for a total of over 20 new moves. You can wear shoes if you feel shoe savvy! This class offers another level of challenge and spice. We leave the ground and climb the pole in this level to explore the "Rhythm of You" with heels on, if you choose. In Level III, upper body strength is necessary. OPEN POLE Need time to practice what you learned or just to maintain your skills? Open Soiree gives you full access to our gym complete with poles, chairs and yoga pads. An instructor is not present and due to the limited amount of equipment, availability is on a first-come first-serve basis. Women only. Attending or have attended Level I Pole Fitness is required.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Can ANYONE do pole fitness?
Just about! Every "body" is different and performs pole work
differently, and has different strengths. Level one is for all body
types, and so is our Teaser; a great place to launch from. Studio
soiree is dedicated to any and all Women discovering and enjoying pole fitness. We make it work for you. So step on up, it looks good on all who try it!
- Are men anywhere at Soiree?
Nearly all classes are Women only except for the co-ed Yoga class and Core Pole. No Men will be able to see you workout in the Women only classes. Men may be present in the boutique area purchasing gifts and we invite men and spouses to certain special events and workshops.
- Must I wear shorts?
No way! Not unless you want to wear shorts, and there may come a day...More advanced technique/levels require more skin for gripping the pole, aka: safety. Capri's or or any comfortable work-out pant is perfect.
- Is my butt too big?
No way! In our world, I'm not sure there is such a thing ;) Come see for yourself.
- What if I look/feel stupid?
You will have company, promise. We, your hosts and instructors, will be there to catch you (literally if necessary), and you get to see us slip and fall too. You'll find, once you get on the pole, it all
looks good.
